San Francisco is our medium roast made with an exclusive bean available only to certain trading partners. Originating from Mexico through Strictly High Grown (SHG) farmers from the region of Chiapas. This is a very versatile coffee bean, that when roasted properly, brings out its best traits. It is a simple and balanced cup of coffee with hints of earthy and floral notes along with a smooth chocolate finish. A great tasting cup of coffee that just about anyone can enjoy and makes a great iced coffee should you need to beat the summer heat!

Water temp: 200 - 204 degrees for medium roast. 204 - 208 degrees for medium-dark to dark roasts. For best taste, consume within 30 days from roast date.
